If you are part of a group of eight or more schools (such as a Multi-Academy Trust, local authority or Teaching School Alliance) and you wish to improve your oracy provision together, we can run a tailored project specifically for you.

All the participating schools will become Voice 21 Oracy Schools and receive the full blend of professional development, consultancy and online learning of our membership, but they will also receive additional, bespoke support from us.

Benefits of working with Voice 21 as a group of schools

4 – 8 schools – 5% discount on membership fees

8 – 14 schools – 10% discount on membership fees

15+ schools – 15% discount on membership fees

£4000 added on to the cost of the membership fees (the discount just applies to the membership fees)

  • A dedicated, regional, Relationship Manager
  • An online launch event
  • 2 short courses from the Open Learning programme, online or in-person, delivered just to the group (i.e. at dates/location of convenience)
  • Exclusive branding, publicity and press release as a commissioned project with Voice 21
  • End of project impact showcase
  • Benchmarking reports with data collection
  • Termly meetings to monitor progress
If a group has 8+ schools choosing the same pathway, the development days can be delivered in-house at dates and a location of the commissioner’s choice. The schools would then also benefit from:
  • The launch event could be in-person or online
  • Development days delivered ‘in-house’ i.e. arranged on dates and at locations of the schools’ convenience
Like all other Voice 21 Oracy Schools, the three pathways your group of schools can pick from are:

Classroom Practice

Our Classroom Practice programme of support will enable you to develop and implement an oracy-rich approach to teaching and learning across your schools.

Curriculum Design

Our Curriculum Design programme of support will enable you to build an ambitious, context-driven curriculum for oracy which is embedded across different phases and subject disciplines.

Leadership Development

Our Leadership Development programme of support will develop a leader with the knowledge and skills to build staff capacity and lead oracy across your school, aligned with whole-school priorities.

How much does it cost?

Prices for groups of schools are discounted depending on the total number of schools wishing to sign up together. If more than eight schools wish to sign up as a collective (with Voice 21 running a bespoke project exclusively for their group of schools) we charge an additional flat fee of £4000 to reflect the additional, personalised support offered.

You can choose to sign up for one pathway at a time but committing to all three stages upfront entitles you to a discount.

Please note our Voice 21 Oracy Schools membership is only open to state schools in England and Wales. If you’re based in Scotland or Northern Ireland, please contact hello@voice21.org to discuss how we can support you.
