  • 2 professional development days of in-depth content delivery for oracy leaders in your school to drive whole-school improvements. 
  • An in-school consultancy visit with one of our Programme Lead oracy experts.

Tailored planning & impact reports

  • Personalised oracy reports detailing teachers’ knowledge and confidence, students’ self-perceptions as well as areas for development in oracy
  • Supported to develop an action plan for whole school oracy development  aligned to your school’s priorities and informed by your school’s oracy survey results.

Your own 1:1 Relationship Manager

  • A dedicated point of contact at Voice 21 who is your first point of contact, and in touch with you throughout the year.
  • Provide support and advice about how to get the most out of being a Voice 21 Oracy School. Understand your school’s context, and goals.

  • Join a range of online and in-person networking events to enable all staff to learn and share with teachers in schools across the country.

Select one programme per year within any of our 3 pathways. Whether it be Classroom Practice, Curriculum Design or Leadership Development, our programmes build on and support each other over time, helping your school work towards becoming a Voice 21 Oracy Centre of Excellence.

Our programme of Open Learning enhances your school’s pathway choice for the year. It’s a varied selection of our expert short courses, downloadable resources, online learning and peer communities that are accessible to all colleagues in your school, not just teachers. Designed to complement your existing CPD plan, all options are focused on developing a specific area of practice which you select depending on the specific needs of your whole- school, colleagues and long-term goals for oracy.

How much does it cost?

Membership costs £2650 (primary schools) or £3250 (secondary schools) a year.
Discounts are available if you sign up for multiple years or when groups of schools sign up together.

£7350 – 3 years – primary, £9150 – 3 years – secondary

For an additional charge, we can also offer exclusive, bespoke membership packages for groups of more than eight schools.
