An essay by Voice 21 Director has been published in a new book from the English Speaking Union. ‘Speaking Frankly: the Case for Oracy in the Curriculum’ is a collection of articles by teachers, academics and educational thinkers on the importance of oracy in education. Other contributers include prominent head teachers Tom Sherrington and Geoff Barton, CEO of the Chartered College of Teaching, Alison Peacock and Director of the Fair Education Alliance, Lewis Iwu.
