Programme Lead

Salary: £31,000-£35,000, depending on experience

Your purpose will be to facilitate the Voice 21 approach in Voice 21 Oracy Schools through leading professional development and school improvement programmes, and by designing and delivering high-impact learning experiences and materials for teachers and school leaders.

Head of Engagement (External Relations)

Salary: £40-44k, depending on experience

Closing date: 6pm, Sunday 9th October.

Your purpose will be to generate interest, awareness and support for Voice 21’s work across the education sector from schools
and teachers, funders, policy-makers and other influential individuals and external organisations. You’ll
have oversight of our campaigns, marketing, communications, fundraising and public affairs functions,
lead a team of specialists to enable us to grow by 30% each year, in line with current trends, so that we’re
working with 1900 schools across the UK by 2025.

Senior School Relationships Officer

Salary: £30,000 – £34,000, depending on experience

Closing date: 6pm, Sunday 9th October.

Your purpose will be to deliver a high quality experience to groups in your region through expert relationship management,
driving high levels of engagement, retention and renewal and enabling our membership to have the
greatest impact in each Voice 21 Oracy School. To contribute to the continuous improvement of
membership experience by owning a specialist area (communications to member schools) with national
responsibility. To contribute to team management and development by line managing School Relationship
Officers.

Development and Partnerships Lead

Salary: £33,000-38,000, depending on experience

Your purpose will be to accelerate and diversify Voice 21’s fundraising income and organisational influence by identifying
new opportunities, building relationships and networks, and crafting the stories that will win the hearts and
minds of supporters and stakeholders.

Public Affairs Officer

Salary: £29,000-33,000, depending on experience and pro-rated.
Terms: Part-time – either 2 or 3 days per week

Your purpose will be to build Voice 21’s influence in political circles and to foster policy, legislative or regulatory changes which
are conducive to raising the status of oracy in the education system, prompting more schools to work with
us to improve their oracy provision in line with our-five year strategy to grow to reaching 1900 Voice 21
Oracy Schools by 2025.
