Working with Voice 21, your group of schools will all become Voice 21 Oracy Schools and receive our full blend of professional development and consultancy like all other Voice 21 Oracy Schools nationwide, but they will also receive additional, bespoke support from us.

Additional development days on a range of specific topics, such as oracy and vocabulary, speechmaking, debate, oracy for senior leaders, engaging parents and carers with oracy development and an introduction to oracy for NQTs/RQTs
Network days – planning sessions facilitated by Voice 21 around specific themes related to oracy, according to your priorities
Additional in-school consultancy days for some or all of your schools
Additional Oracy Champions on top of the two staff places included in the core membership.*

Build the foundations of oracy teaching and learning in the classrooms across your schools through the development of teacher practice
Stage 1 includes two members of staff attending three days of professional development.
Embed oracy throughout the curriculum, culture, routines and core approaches of your school
Stage 2 includes 2 members of staff attending 2 days of professional development, and 1 day of in-school support from a Voice 21 expert.
Continue improving and sustaining practice in your school, and cascade to other schools in your network
Stage 3 includes a holistic in-school review and improvement process led by Voice 21 and a peer school.
