Each Voice 21 Oracy School in your group will benefit from:
  • Initial benchmarking and strategic-planning with a Voice 21 expert
  • Personalised support from your dedicated point of contact at Voice 21
  • Ongoing support and resources, including access to our online learning hub
  • Materials and guidance for cascading training to school staff
  • Free access to regional oracy events and regular webinars
  • Discounted access to regular oracy events held across the UK
Benefits of signing up with us as a group, rather than individually, include:
  • CPD days arranged in conjunction with yourself, at locations and on dates of your schools’ convenience
  • Cost savings for each school than signing up individually (depending on the number of participating schools)
  • Additional, bespoke elements to meet your group of schools’ priorities
  • Specific project branding and assigned project manager at Voice 21, with regular calls and updates
  • A dedicated online learning hub for participating schools to share resources, strategies and teaching materials
  • Flexibility of number of Oracy Champions attending CPD days
Membership stages are progressive and each lasts for a year.

Each Voice 21 Oracy School in your group will progress through the following stages:

Stage 1

Build the foundations of oracy teaching and learning in the classrooms across your school through the development of teacher practice

Stage 1 includes 2 Oracy Champions attending 3 days of professional development.

Stage 2

Embed oracy throughout the curriculum, culture, routines and core approaches of your school

Stage 2 includes 2 Oracy Champions attending 2 days of professional development, and 1 day of in-school support from a Voice 21 expert.

Stage 3

Continue improving and sustaining practice in your own school, and cascade to other schools in your network

Stage 3 includes a holistic in-school review and improvement process led by Voice 21 and a peer school.

Most schools start at Stage 1, but do contact us to discuss this further if you are unsure. You can register just for Stage 1 or for multiple Stages.
